The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is a free of charge online notification system created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products.
Once the product is registered on the CPNP, no other notification at the national level within the European Community is required.
Dermaluxelash Serum is notified under number 1405108 in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (Article 13), which requires that the responsible persons and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of cosmetic products submit certain information about the products they place or make available on the European market through the CPNP.
Access to the CPNP portal is enabled for relevant authorities, European poison centers and persons responsible for cosmetic products, and is also available to distributors of cosmetic products.
All the ingredients in the Dermaluxelash Serum product comply with the safety requirements stated by CosIng – a European Commission database containing information on cosmetic substances and ingredients.
