The current item price is the one published on the day of the order. Delivery costs are calculated according to GLS prices. In the case of a single order over 100 € the delivery is free of charge. Offer and prices are valid while stocks last or until your written order cancellation. All prices include VAT. All goods are subject to a 22% tax rate. The complaint shall be submitted by email to info@dermaluxe-cosmetics.si. Complaint handling procedure is confidential. The provider is aware that the main feature of a consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also the main reason why the consumer does not initiate proceedings before the court. Therefore, the provider should do their best to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.
