Our users’ personal data is one of the areas to which we dedicate utmost care and attention. We ensure that all requirements are met, as we are aware of the sensitive nature of this area. Medilip d.o.o. online store manager is bound by the requirements of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1-OCT1) to protect our users’ personal data.
For business purposes the following user information is collected: first and last name, address, email address (your user name), phone number, and other information users enter into our web forms. Medilip d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by the users. The online store manager may use the data in anonymous form for purposes of statistical analysis. User data will in no case be handed over to unauthorized persons. Delivery service (e.g. GLS or Post of Slovenia) will be entrusted only with the user’s delivery address. The user will be contacted by means of distance communication only if they do not expressly oppose.
Disclosure of personal information: Data collected and processed by the company will be disclosed only if such obligation is determined by law, or in good faith that such actio
is necessary for the proceedings before the courts or other public authorities, and to protect and promote legitimate interests.
