The contractual partners for the delivery of shipments are DPD Slovenija and Pošta Slovenija, which deliver most packages on the next working day (delivery from 1-3 working days, up to 5 working days at the latest).

Delivery is free for online orders over € 100.

The ordered goods will be sent to the address you specified when ordering. Delivery is from Monday to Friday in the morning. In no case, however, the online store is responsible for overdue delivery. In the event that the ordered product is not in stock, we will notify you and present the rest of the offer or inform you of the delivery time for the ordered item. All shipments with payment on delivery are delivered by DPD Slovenia, shipments paid by proforma invoice and paypal are delivered by Pošta Slovenija. Unclaimed goods sent by Pošta Slovenija may be picked up at the post office within 15 days from the day when the addressee was notified of its arrival.

When accepting the product, the customer is obliged to carefully inspect the packaging and its contents. After receiving the damaged product, we will send the customer a new product as soon as possible.
